Arrival
January 23
Departure at 11:00 am from the Air Elite terminal building (next to Vancouver South Terminal) to Williams Lake Airport (YWL).
- Check-in starting at 10:15 am.
- Flight provided by Silvertip Lodge.
- Please note that the schedule is subject to change according to the weather.
- Silvertip Heli-ski tours begin at the Air Elite terminal building where guests will arrive from all over the world, to experience the very best powder skiing. You will fly to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) in a charter organized by Silvertip Lodge. From Williams Lake Airport, you’ll be flown by helicopter to the beautiful Silvertip Lodge, where the staff will be waiting to welcome you.
Once at the Lodge, you’ll be served a delicious lunch followed by a thorough safety orientation. In the afternoon you’ll be able to relax, shake off the jet lag, enjoy our spa facility and settle in.
Evening Session Workshop – Creating Focus & Group Flow – Mark will share some things he has learned the past few years to unlock the opportunity of Goal Setting using OKR’s and how to cascade these goals to ensure your company is aligned. How to use a calendar management system and a specific meeting cadence to create “Group Flow” to improve focus company wide so that everybody is working together to reach the company goals more effectively as a cohesive team.
A gourmet dinner is prepared by the Silvertip Chefs and served at 7:00 pm.

Guests awake to the delicious smells of a hot breakfast beginning at 9:00 am.
At 10:00 am, the helicopter begins to take you up for a breathtaking morning of skiing or snowboarding.
- At Silvertip Lodge, guests have access to unlimited vertical and Silvertip guarantees a minimum of 40,000ft/12,200m during a 4-day trip.
Guests return to Silvertip Lodge an hour before sunset to enjoy delicious après-ski snacks and drinks, perhaps followed by a dip in the hot tub, a sauna or a relaxing massage.

Skiing in the morning, and flying home:
After a morning of skiing on the final day of your Silvertip tour, you will be heading back to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) to catch your charter to Air Elite terminal building. From there, guests will each catch their respective commercial flights from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), located in a different terminal.

Luggage Information
Silvertip Lodge is remotely located and all people and gear are transported by helicopter. We ask that you each pack lightly and limit your luggage to one soft-sided bag of 25-30 pounds, plus a carry-on bag that includes your ski boots.

Gear
Please leave your ski gear, except for your ski boots, at home. Silvertip Lodge provides an amazing selection of powder skis and snowboards, carefully chosen to the specific terrain and snow of the Cariboo Mountains.
Please do not bring the following:
- Skis, ski poles, and avalanche safety equipment
- Electrical appliances and blow dryers
- Alcoholic beverages. Silvertip lodge offers a wide selection of wine, spirits, and beer
- Large, hard-sided suitcases
