The Director of Account Management is responsible for churn reduction, product adoption and expansion with our existing customer base.  Duties include but are not limited to building out playbooks for retention and expansion sales plus further developing, training, and mentoring and managing the account management team.

The Instructional Designer is an integral member of our education team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing e-learning modules and other training and development materials for our customers. A key component of this role will be to work closely with the Director of Education and SVP of Customer Experience to revamp the design, content and structure of the current learning management system as well as create new learning content.

Description:

The Sales Executive will be tasked to manage sales goals and quotas and ensure the completion of the entire sales cycle. The executive uses a “Hunters” mentality to self generate prospects and leads within their assigned territories, and build strong and lasting client relationships, while identifying market specific requirements for the assigned territory. The successful Sales Executive will hold themselves accountable for achieving their OKRs.
