LMN Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the LMN Customer Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and any decision made by LMN regarding the Program.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to existing LMN customers with active LMN subscriptions.
1.2. Referral submissions will be accepted only if the Referrer and Referred Party are located within regions where LMN services are available.
1.3. LMN employees and their immediate family members are also eligible to participate in the Program if it doesn’t interfere with day-to-day work.
1.4. Affiliates and Influencers are not eligible for the Referral Program.
2. Referral Process
2.1. To participate, eligible Referrers must share their unique referral link with a third party (“Referred Party”) who is not currently an LMN customer.
2.2. The Referred Party must sign up through the provided referral link and complete the registration process.
2.3. A successful referral occurs when the Referred Party subscribes to an LMN plan and remains an active customer for a minimum of 90 days.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1. For each successful referral:
- The Referred Party will receive 10% off their LMN subscription.
- The Referrer will receive a reward as follows:
- $500 for LMN referrals.
- $250 for Greenius referrals.
3.2. Rewards are issued in the form of payment via PayPal but can also be credited to the Referrer’s LMN account if requested.
3.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits unless specifically stated otherwise by LMN.
4. Reward Limitations
4.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, but Referrers cannot refer themselves or members of their immediate family.
4.2. LMN reserves the right to withhold or adjust rewards if the Referred Party cancels their subscription within the initial 90-day period.
5. Program Changes & Termination
5.1. LMN reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on the LMN website.
5.3. If the Program is terminated, any pending rewards will be fulfilled according to the Terms in place at the time of the referral submission.
6. Compliance With Laws
6.1. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.
6.2. Referrals made through fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful means will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. LMN is not responsible for any technical errors, communication issues, or other problems that may prevent the proper execution of referrals.
7.2. LMN reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be manipulating or abusing the Program.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
