To be recognized as a Best Workplace for Women, participating companies in the annual Great Place to Work survey must have a minimum of 15 female employees and at least 90 percent of qualifying employees agree that regardless of gender, people are treated fairly at the company. For these qualifying organizations, best workplaces are selected based on the overall trust index scores from female employees.
In December 2021, LMN has named for the first time a Great Place to Work in Canada. The growing provider of software for landscape companies in North America had more than 80% of company employees rate the company as a great place to work.
Recognition as a top workplace for all employees but especially women is a point of pride for the 12-year-old organization.
