Designate acceptable online payment methods at the LMN account, CRM contact, and individual invoice levels.
How many times have you finished a big job for a customer, submitted the final project invoice, only to find that they paid by credit card, leaving you to cover a huge processing fee?
Probably more than once, right? Those big processing fees quickly eat into your profits, leaving you less money for employee bonuses and your own paycheck.
With the latest LMN update, you can set account-wide payment acceptability rules for either credit card or ACH-only payment methods, and customize / override those rules at the CRM Contact level or even for an individual invoice.
Create an invoice for standard work that shows taxability of items in the estimate.
Whether you’re creating your standard invoice by work area, cost code, or what was on the estimate, you can now break out invoice items into taxable and non-taxable lines. This is similar to what you could already do with most types of services from an estimate.
