Welcome to LMN’s November update! This month, we’re bringing you enhancements to proposal generation and the CRM, along with some quality of life improvements to the estimating process.
Enterprise customers are also getting some key upgrades to their analytics suite. Read on for more, or check out our full release notes!
Improved proposal workflow
You’ve requested more flexibility in customizing and sharing your proposals. We’re happy to bring it to you.
Customizable proposal emails – with PDF attachments.
Now, you can personalize your proposal emails by creating your own subject line and changing the content of the email. There’s also a preview tool so you can be sure that your customers get a customized, professional message.
You can also attach a PDF version of your proposal to the email, ensuring that your customers can review the document in their preferred format.
Send proposals to all stakeholders, all at once.
Send the same proposal to multiple recipients within the organization. Keep all company stakeholders in the loop and avoid redundant email chains. You can select your contacts from a dropdown list or manually enter an email address.
Added CC/BCC Functionality.
Send proposal emails to your internal team using CC and BCC options. Instead of manually forwarding correspondence, make sure that the right people are up to speed.
These updates are baked into the CRM – where you can see if your contacts have viewed the billing email or the invoice itself., where you can assign one or more default billing contacts for each customer. Under the “Portal Activity” panel, you’ll be able to check if your customer has viewed the invoice email – or the invoice itself.
Efficient estimates and CRM streamlining
Linked Job for Estimates.
Quickly navigate between estimates and jobs with the new “View Job” button. This gives you one-click access to the job from your estimate. Linked jobs will also now appear in a new column, as well as in a dropdown with options like “View Job” and “Reschedule.”
Easier billing management with the new invoices tab.
With the new “Invoices” tab, your billing admins have access to a customer’s complete invoicing and payment history, directly within the CRM. View all customer invoices, including their statuses, payment records, and outstanding balances. Centralizing invoice and payment data allows for quicker access and improved customer responsiveness.
Performance Analytics and Multi-Location Reporting

Enterprise executives and location managers can now get high-level data summaries to improve strategic planning. Detailed location reports can also ensure that each branch is performing efficiently and using allocated resources correctly.
