The LMN team will be calling all of our customers to answer any questions. You’re also welcome to reply to the email you received.
Crew Member licenses are for any staff you need to track on timesheets, export for payroll hours, and allow crew member access to the LMN Crew app. They come in packs of 5 staff members. Crew members will be able to view their schedule, job files, hours worked, and personal timesheet in LMN Crew, but will not be able to clock-in themselves.
LMN will automatically mark any crew who have not been logged on timesheets for the past 90 days as inactive in order to ensure only active staff are counted. You will be able to quickly reactive any staff needed.
Yes! We’re introducing annual contracts that provide a discount on the month-to-month price. You’ll be able to switch to an annual contract at any time after July 15, 2024 by managing your subscription. To switch to an annual contract on July 15th, please reply to the email you received.
