New CRM App lets landscapers close more sales, faster
Landscape estimators need to be able to easily manage customer communication from anywhere, whether it’s from the cab of a truck or a customer’s backyard. With LMN’s new CRM App, estimators no longer have to wait until they get back to their laptops to manage critical customer relationship data. They can review communication history (including job site files and photos), create new leads, assign to-do’s and access instant driving directions to a job site right from their phones.
Everyone completes more jobs, on time with LMN Time
LMN’s popular time tracking app LMN Time received a huge update to give users better information, 300% faster. A simplified user experience results in more accurate timesheets and clock-in times reduced by half. Crews can also access turn-by-turn driving instructions without interrupting their clock in. Plus, they’ll be able to look ahead at their schedules to better prep for upcoming work. Admins can now review and approve timesheets from one screen and will be alerted to any errors with intelligent payroll warnings. The app is also now available in Spanish and French.
Scheduling that works for all landscape businesses
LMN has overhauled its scheduling function, making it possible for admins to schedule a season’s worth of work 500% faster. Admins will not only be able to schedule multiple services at once but they can schedule services up to five years in advance.
