Summary of Position:

The Sales Executive will be tasked to manage sales goals and quotas and ensure the completion of the entire sales cycle. The executive uses a “Hunters” mentality to self generate prospects and leads within their assigned territories, and build strong and lasting client relationships, while identifying market specific requirements for the assigned territory. The successful Sales Executive will hold themselves accountable for achieving their OKRs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • A ‘hunter’ mentality to self-generate prospects and leads within their assigned territory
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Identify marketing specific requirements for territory
  • Hold themselves accountable to achieving their OKRs

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting on virtual screenshares (ie. Zoom)
  • Previous CRM software experience (knowledge in Salesforce is a plus!)
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Spoken English (Fluent), Written English (Professional Level)
  • Ability to pick up new concepts/technologies quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to deliver the positive voice of LMN in all interactions
  • Knowledge of mentoring teammates and colleagues
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a positive manner
  • Team player!

Qualifications:

  • Must have post secondary education
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Must have appropriate transit to attend directing branch office
  • Must have a dedicated, stable internet connection during remote work
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, annual salary base between $65,000-$72,500, plus on target commissions, no cap, Benefits, 3% Health Care Spending Account, Disability Coverage, Life Insurance, Vacation Accrued, Sick Credits, RRSP Matching and more…
