Job Summary:

The Channel Partner Representative’s main responsibility is to promote, maintain and solicit Partner relationships to increase revenue through Channel Partners. The Channel Partner Representative will work with affiliates, influencers, resellers and provide operational support in order to increase revenue.

Responsibilities will include providing demonstrations and sales calls to potential partners. Providing partners with sales training and marketing materials and to maintain an ongoing mutual relationship.

Responsibilities & Duties Based out of Markham, Ontario the Channel Partner Representative will:

  • Assist with Channel Partner business development
  • Provide demonstrations, sales calls and partner training to Channel Partners and prospective customers
  • Respond to incoming potential partner inquiries
  • Manage day to day inquiries from Partners and resold customers
  • Proactively contact partners to provide support, marketing, updates on products, and promote sales
  • Maintain up to date partner and customer pipeline information in Salesforce.com + SaaSquatch portal
  • Support and promote partner marketing activities and events
  • Work with Data Services, Accounting, and Support teams on the follow through and completion of all resold customer conversions + terminations
  • Work with major partners on marketing initiatives and create marketing materials to promote sales
  • Work with LMN’s Marketing team to provide resource materials for partners to distribute
  • Proactively look for, reach out, and sign up potential partners through different streams to bring in revenue

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education complemented by relevant work experience or training is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Exceptional time-management, organizational and prioritizing skills with great attention to detail is essential
  • Comfortable working with technology and computers and demonstrates ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to multi-task and flexible to take on varied responsibilities
  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion and can be entrusted with confidential information
  • Good judgment to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who can work independently and reliably with minimal supervision and has an appetite for continuous learning
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations
  • Previous experience with SalesForce or other CRM system is an asset
  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales or customer representative position
  • Previous experience in the landscape industry an asset
