LMN Software has an exciting opportunity for a digital champion to join our Marketing team. This is a full time opportunity that reports to the Director. Digital marketing is an ever evolving and growing area for LMN and we are looking to build and develop the best digital marketing team in the country. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a leader across the organization in the digital space, supporting, educating the brand team and management.

Responsibilities


In tandem with the overall digital strategy, the Digital Media Specialist will use the channels and tools at their disposal to create dove tail strategies within search and social. They will build these initiatives to ensure full alignment and integration with brand strategy, key product launches, sales objectives and customer retention objectives.

Search:

  • Establishes and reviews the Digital Media & SEO search activities daily.
  • Works with direct report and agencies to ensure search coordination is running smoothly.

Social:

  • Establishes and reviews the Social Media & Content activities daily.
  • Collaborates with multiple agencies and stakeholders to oversee LMN's presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other similar community site.
  • Regularly monitoring and tracking discussion topics for potential alerts, opportunities or trends and report findings to management.
  • Act as a liaison between the vendor and Client Success (support) to efficiently triage and resolve all customer questions, issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitor competitive strategies, dealer activities, and industry trends to provide insights to the Marketing team.
  • Make recommendations on proposals which encourage community growth and fan engagement.
  • Acts as LMN's social media champion within the organization and encourage adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture.
  • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to optimize results.

Other Digital & Lead Management:

  • Leads LMN's efforts toward optimization of Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing activities.
  • Works with multiple 3rd party vendors to ensure flawless coordination and execution of projects.
  • Leads strategic planning efforts toward integrated LMN's electronic direct mail campaigns (Salesforce and MailChimp experience an asset.)
  • Monitors digital media budgets with an eye toward cost efficiencies and provides regular reports to management.
  • Sets key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to key stakeholders for all initiatives.

Full Time (Salary – 50-60K dependent on experience. Benefits and RRSP Matching eligibility after 3 months)
